Rose did a variety of exercises under Jenkins’ guidance, including power yoga, kickboxing, jogging with sprint bursts, and so on. She did exercises for one and a half hours a day. Rose used portion control and consumed a variety of foods in moderation rather than being too rigid in her diet.
