Lisa Deanna Rinna is an American author, TV personality, and actress who is best known for her credit roles as Billie Reed on NBC’s Days of Our Lives and Taylor McBride on Fox’s television drama Melrose Place.

The 56-year-old mother of two enjoys lounging by the pool, having dance battles with her friends, and sharing throwbacks of her early 2000s workout highlights, all while flaunting her trimmed figure. The secret to her toned body? She practices a plant-based diet. She does not completely avoid meat, but she consumes it in moderation. She refers to herself as a “dirty vegan” because she does not strictly follow the vegan guidelines of eliminating all animal products, such as meat, dairy, and eggs. She went gluten-free in 2010 and tries to stay away from processed foods in favor of whole, natural foods.
