Over the holidays, she started to lose weight, leading some onlookers to fear that she looked too slim in paparazzi photos. After her stint hosting SNL, fans took note of her in great shape. The British star lost nearly 50 pounds after hiring a personal trainer and adopting the Sirtfood diet, which she was previously linked to after losing weight in 2016. The diet emphasizes sirtuins, which are proteins in your body that are involved in cellular health and metabolism, among other things. Kale, extra-virgin olive oil, buckwheat, matcha, blueberries, and arugula all contain sirtuins. Red wine, coffee, and dark chocolate are among the sweet surprises on the menu.
