KATIE MALONEY – LOST 25 POUNDS

Vanderpump Rules star Katie Maloney first began her weight loss journey after finding out that she was sensitive to insulin. This led to major changes in her diet, which then resulted in a weight loss of 25 pounds. In the past, Maloney has previously dealt with body-shaming online, and because of it, she had tried to make better choices when it comes to her diet.

Instead of going on a crash diet, however, Maloney opted for the safest way of losing extra pounds. After all, she wouldn’t want to get in trouble with her insurance company. She spoke to a nutritionist who put her on a special diet while also teaching her how to eat for the type of metabolism she has. As a result, she became more body positive and more appreciative of her appearance, knowing that she is much healthier than before.
