ED SHEERAN – LOST 50 POUNDS

Since 2015, singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran has been working on getting fitter. The first order of business for him? To stop smoking. Next, he switched to a healthier diet. He admits that prior to making changes, his diet consisted of pizza and beer. Why the weight loss, though? After all, he had always been more of an unconventional pop star, and his weight has never been a hindrance when it comes to his achievements.

According to Sheeran, after he stopped touring, he began to realize just how much weight he put on. “All my clothes have shrunk,” he joked. Sheeran gives credit to his girlfriend, Cherry Seaborn, for helping him through it. Seaborn is a professional hockey player, and she put him on a diet and exercise plan he can manage. All Sheeran did was 10 minutes of it a day without fail, and the results were still impressive.
