TYLER BALTIERRA – LOST 43 POUNDS

Teen Mom’s Tyler Baltierra is certainly delighted about his most recent weight loss achievements. In 2018, he began documenting his journey towards getting his “old body” back, and in just seven months, he was able to achieve just that. He went from 208 pounds to 165 pounds just by including healthier foods in his investment planning and cutting out processed foods and sugar from his meals. The biggest switch, of course, was his decision to go low carb. On top of a better diet, he also continued working out, and the results were indeed impressive!

While there’s nothing wrong with having a “dad-bod,” we can understand why Baltierra wanted to go back to his old weight. In the eight weeks he has been working on it, the reality-TV star said that he felt much better and more confident with his body.
