Jimmy Buffett | Born 1946
$6.7 Million – Palm Beach, Florida

Born on December 25, 1946, the country singer-songwriter Jimmy Buffett is a native of Pascagoula, Mississippi. Having a knack for musical instruments, Jimmy left for the University of Southern Mississippi and acquired a degree in History. However, it is worth noting that he started playing the guitar during these days in an attempt to meet women—an attempt that would later on change his life and propel him to stardom. Subsequently, Buffett started his career as a country singer. His talent began taking traction in the 1970s when he released his 6th album Changes in Latitudes, Changes in Attitudes which contains the classic track Margaritaville.

After capitalizing on his success as a singer and an entrepreneur, the business-savvy folk country singer and his wife bought a $5 million beach manor in 2003. It boasts a 4,700 square feet of living area with high ceilings, wood framed glass doors, and natural light flooding the windows.
