PETER WELLER
Any young boys that grew up during the ’80s and ’90s would love to know anything about their favorite supercop, and yes, we are talking about the one and only Robocop. Peter Weller was the man behind the android that we all loved. He also appeared in a couple of recent films such as Star Trek Into Darkness and the sci-fi adventure film Yamasong: March of the Hollows.
In addition to a Saturn Award nomination for his RoboCop role, Weller was nominated for an Academy Award for his 1993 short Partners. In television, he hosted Engineering an Empire on the History Channel from 2005 to 2007.Currently, at 73 years old, he sure still has plenty of gas left in his tank. As we all probably would think, people mostly in that age bracket usually enjoy their retirement, but with his love in the industry, we can all understand where his passion comes from.
