JILL ST. JOHN

Jill St. John or Jill Arlyn Oppenheim in real life became famous for her role in Diamonds Are Forever as Tiffany Case, the first American Bond girl in film history. Her movie Come Blow Your Horn got her a Golden Globe nomination, which later became her ticket towards fame and fortune. On television, St. John has starred in Batman, The Big Valley, Rowan & Martin’s Laugh-In, Hart to Hart, Vega$, The Love Boat, Fantasy Island, Magnum, P.I. and Seinfeld.

In her Hollywood heyday, she was almost equally famous for her high-profile social life and frequent romantic contacts with well-known public figures. During the early ’70s, she decided to step away from the limelight, hired a moving company, and resided in Aspen, Colorado, to give herself and her family that well-deserved private time. However, St. John wasn’t able to completely resist her passion for acting and went back to Hollywood and continued from where she left off.
