Alex Trebek | Born 1940
$2.15 Million – Fryman Canyon, Studio City
Born as George Alexander Trebek in July 1940, Alex Trebek is the face of the famous television game show Jeopardy! It is worth noting that Trebek holds the Guinness World Record for having the most number of game show episodes presented by the same person. Before being a prestigious host, Trebek acquired a degree in Philosophy and worked part-time in a Canadian radio station to make ends meet; later on, the stints that he took on the side paved his way to the United States where he would be offered hosting jobs at NBC shows. The host had also published his memoir, The Answer Is…: Reflections on My Life, after having gone through medical setbacks.
Outside the screen, the actor spends most of his time basking in his rustic Fryman Canyon estate. Its features are enough to make one stay at home indefinitely: well-tended shrubs, walkways with aquatic architecture, a comfortable chair in the middle of fruit trees, and a kitchen by the pool in his lavish backyard.
