Lark Voorhies is an actress and singer who became a household name after portraying Lisa Marie Turtle on the popular sitcom Saved by the Bell from 1989 to 1993. For her work on the series, she was nominated six times for the Young Artist Award, winning twice in 1990 and 1993, respectively. She has since appeared in more television shows and soap operas, playing the role of Wendy Reardon in Days of Our Lives and Jasmine Malone in On The Bold and the Beautiful.
Besides acting, Voorhies ventured into music and founded the alternative band Third Degree, for which she was also the lead singer. She was also part of a female singing group called Geneva, along with Yashi and Stacee Brown. In recent years, Voorhies penned and self-published a total of three books titled Reciprocity, A True Light, and Trek of the Cheshire.
