BARBARA MINTY – BORN 1953

Barbara Minty became a famous personality in Hollywood due to her marriage to the legendary actor Steve McQueen. The former model first captured McQueen’s attention after he saw her in the glossy papers of magazines. To meet the then 20-something Barbara, the actor called Minty’s manager and arranged a meeting with her and told her that she would be auditioning for a princess’s role in his film. Though the character did not make it to the screen, McQueen and Minty became a couple. They were together for four years and got married in 1980 until McQueen’s passing.

She resigned from the entertainment industry and took care of McQueen’s son. Despite living out of the shadows, Minty maintains a good credit score through the business she established. Minty, who has fallen in love deeply with McQueen, finds it hard to get over the passing of her husband. It took her nearly decades to finally move on. She is now married to David Brunsvold and still looks stunning with or without makeup.
