TED LANGE | 72, $4 MILLION

Everyone that enjoyed the show Love Boat would easily recognize Ted Lange as the bartender of the luxury cruise ship S.S. Pacific Princess. Aside from acting, he also tested the waters behind the scenes as a director and screenwriter. Lange first appeared on the screen in the documentary film Wattstax in 1973. After starring in Black Belt Jones in 1974, he played Junior on the series That’s My Mama before landing the role of the ship’s bartender, Isaac, on The Love Boat in 1977, opposite Gavin MacLeod.

After placing a tremendous amount of investment in perfecting his craft as an actor, it all paid off for him as he cruised through his projects and subsequently got the media attention that every aspiring actor dreams of. No one can deny the influence he brought on the table, and that still echoes even to this date. We last saw him in 2014 in an episode for the comedy series Maron.
