You will surely best remember Elinor Donahue as Betty Anderson on the classic 1950s sitcom, Father Knows Best. She has reached the height of stardom through this show, playing the role of the family’s eldest daughter. At the time, the 83-year-old star worked along with Robert Young, Jane Wyatt, Billy Gray, and Lauren Chapin. Her last TV credit was an appearance as a guest star on another long-running soap opera, The Young and the Restless, as Judge Anderson.
