Andrew Shue | Internet Entrepreneur

A few people know that Andrew Shue had a short-lived career as a professional soccer player. What most associate him with was his role as Billy Campbell in the TV series Melrose Place. Whenever he goes on meetings even today, especially with the older generation, he is still referred to as Billy Campbell or maybe even the Melrose guy.

Nowadays, however, acting is no longer his focus but making investments left and right. He is the co-founder of Do Something, which is a global organization that helps motivate young people to make positive changes online and offline. Shue also co-founded the social networking CafeMom, which new and veteran parents alike find very helpful. Its wide array of blogs, message boards, and articles are very relatable. It is even described as the “MySpace” for moms—or in modern terms, the Facebook for moms.
