Two and a Half Men would never be the same if Angus T. Jones, who played Jake, is taken out of the equation. To many fans, when he started getting fewer and fewer screen times, coupled with the loss of Charlie Sheen on the show resulted in the sitcom not being the same as before. Jones, however, has made it clear that Jones was not the person he is today. He did express regret over being part of the show to some degree.

What keeps him busy now is being a manager at a company he and Justin Coombs set up. The entertainment firm Tonite has Coombs as director of product development, while Jones works as one of the managers. At first, he was hesitant since the company focuses on music. He admitted he likes music, but managing talents was a new thing for him. Now he has mastered the craft and provides advice to the senior management as necessary.
