Charlie Korsmo | Finance & Law Professor

Charles Korsmo is best known for his portrayal of The Kid/Dick Tracy and Jack Panning in the films Hook and Dick Tracy. He made his final appearance back in 2019 in the film Chain for Life as Herr Director. Korsmo got his degree in physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology back in 2000, and he worked for the Republican Party in the House of Representatives and Environmental Protection Agency. In 2006, the former actor received from Yale Law School his Juris Doctor degree. At Yale, he was a member of an organization for libertarian and conservative lawyers and students, the Federalist Society. The following year, Korsmo passed the New York State Bar exam.

In 2011, he was nominated by former United States President Barrack Obama as a member of the Board of Trustees in a scholarship and education foundation. Currently, he’s the professor of corporate finance & corporate law at the Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland.
