Tony Danza | Teacher

Tony Danza was a big name in the ’80s as he became one of the most famous personalities to appear on Who’s the Boss. He received nominations for four Golden Globe Awards and an Emmy Award for his work on the show. Danza also appeared in Angels in the Outfield, Don Jon, The Hollywood Knights, and Crash.

However, years later, he didn’t manage to pick up an illustrious career after the hit show ended. He retired from acting in the year 2009 to become an English teacher in Philadelphia. During the 2009–2010 school year, his work as a teacher received a documentary feature in the reality show Teach: Tony Danza. He also authored and published a book based on his teaching experiences and investments. In recent years, Danza returned to acting and starred in The Good Cop and Outmatched.
