Lisa Bonet | Beauty Pageant Contestant

American actress and activist Lisa Bonet is widely known for her work with comedian Bill Cosby, starring in The Cosby Show and A Different World. After The Cosby Show culminated in 1992, the actress somewhat entered a state of semi-retirement from acting and only appeared in films and on television sporadically.

Before she made waves in the entertainment scene, Bonet joined several beauty competitions. She was also a child star and appeared in guest spots on a few television shows until she landed the role of Denise Huxtable on the hit The Cosby Show. In 2005, Bonet began dating actor Jason Momoa. They exchanged wedding vows in October 2017 and welcomed two kids together. The actress credits her husband for somehow bringing back her passion for the big and small screens as they appeared together in Road to Paloma and The Red Road.
