Kate Hudson managed to slim down to 136 pounds, saying that her ideal weight is around 125 pounds. Kate also admitted that she lost weight without constantly stressing about food or exercising like crazy. She credits discipline and moderation for the progress in her weight loss journey. Kate says that she doesn’t stress much when she consumes a little extra — like an extra piece of pie or a martini.
