KEVIN JAMES – LOW CARB DIET & EXERCISE

For the longest time, American actor Kevin James was known for his knack for comedy, accompanied by his large structure. At some point during his 32-year long career, the comedian weighed a massive 300 pounds. Although his physical appearance helped him land roles as a comedian, he ultimately decided to put his investment money towards achieving a healthier weight.

To lose weight, James began to adopt a low-carb diet and worked out with an MMA trainer. The journey, of course, was not easy, considering that he was also preparing for a role. However, the actor was more than determined to shed the extra pounds, and after a few months of strictly adhering to his routine, James finally lost 80 pounds! Needless to say, he succeeded in shocking audiences when he first stepped out in public. He also decided to stick with his diet and exercise after his role was done.
