Chip and Joanna Gaines’s relationship is filled with meaningful moments. It is no wonder that they deserve to be called an ultimate power couple. HGTV show Fixer Upper fans know that Joanna graduated with a degree from Baylor University. The couple did not meet back in their alma mater and never heard of each other back in the college.

Joanna met Chip in her father’s auto shop, where there was a picture of her hanging, and Chip knew she was the one he was going to marry. He kept returning to the shop with various excuses and new repairs, hoping to bump Joanna. In 2001, they ran into each other and went on a date. After two years, they got married at the Earle-Harrison House. Many admire Joanna’s custom-designed diamond engagement ring. The married couple now has two kids and living a grateful life.
