Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones are one of the Hollywood couples who endured all kinds of hardships and maintained their marriage for decades. Douglas is 25 years senior to Jones, but this does not hinder them from a lasting relationship. Douglas first saw Jones in the film, The Mask of Zorro in 1998. He admits that he was fascinated by Jones and developed an immediate interest in her.

Douglas grabbed the opportunity to get to know Jones when the two met personally. He asked Jones for a drink and told her that he would be the father of her children. Though their first meeting was not ideal, they eventually tied the knot in 2000. The couple is still happily married with their two children – Dylan and Carys. Jones credits her parent’s lasting marriage as her inspiration for working out their marriage despite all odds.
