Jonathan Brandis – Suicide

Jonathan Brandis kicked off his career at a young age, starting as a model in a number of brand commercials. Subsequently, he ventured into doing television and movie roles. His first major appearance was in ABC’s sitcom One Life to Live. Afterward, he appeared in the 1990 film The NeverEnding Story II: The Next Chapter, which cemented his role as a teen idol in the ’90s. He also appeared in the sci-fi series SeaQuest DSV.

It looked like he had a good future in the industry but for some reason, his career started to dwindle. This had a negative impact on him and he later developed signs of depression. To some degree, his declining career had a huge impact on his decision to take his own life.
