Michael Nyqvist – Lung Cancer

Michael Nyqvist, known as Rolf Åke Mikael Nyqvist in real life, is one of the most popular actors from Sweden. He pursued a degree in the reputable Malmö Theatre Academy before becoming one of the most notable international artists in the 2000s. His brilliant talent in acting stood out when he appeared on The Guy in the Grave Next Door and the Millennium series. He was also part of the supporting cast of several action films like John Wick and Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol.

Unfortunately, his tremendous career was cut short by lung cancer. In 2017, he passed away at the age of 56. Sadly, all his treatments to beat the disease did not work out.
