Nelsan Ellis – Complications

Nelsan Ellis became famous for portraying Lafayette Reynolds in the famous HBO television series True Blood. His performance was critically-acclaimed. He was also a playwright to some degree.

He earned a Satellite Award from the International Press Academy and other prestigious awards. Everyone was looking forward to his next big project when suddenly news broke of his passing. It turns out that he had developed complications as he managed his alcohol dependency.
