Katey Sagal is an award-winning actress and musician who is best known for playing Peggy Bundy in Married…with Children. Her on-screen debut was in the movie The Failing of Raymond, which was followed by a role in Mary. Later on, she would assume the role of Peggy Bundy in Married…with Children where she starred together with Ed O’Neill. The show ran for a decade before it ended.

Sagal also lent her voice to Leela in Matt Groening’s Futurama. Though the show ended after four seasons, it gained quite the following when it was syndicated by Comedy Central and Adult Swim. She also appeared in other TV shows like That 70s Show, Tucker, and 8 Simple Rules for Dating My Teenage Daughter. She has also starred in Pitch Perfect 2, where she played the mother of the character of Hailee Steinfeld. The investment money she earned through her acting career was put towards the real estate portfolio she shares with her husband.
